The reed diffuser is at the max amount of reeds, but why is the scent throw low?
Low maintenance is required for reed diffusers; gently swirl the diffuser at the base to allow liquid to blend back together in case of separation. Afterwards, carefully flip reeds; this will rekindle the diffusion process.
If this fails, don't fret - it may be time to replace your reeds, as dust and particles can clog your reeds over time.
The reed diffuser is not strong enough to fill my entire room with scent?
The scent throw for our reed diffusers is based on the average room (200 ft2). If your room is larger than average or has an open space concept, consider adding additional reed diffusers to reach the scent throw of your liking.
The reed diffuser is too strong, what can I do?
Consider removing one to two reeds at a time until you reach the scent throw level to your liking.
How long will a reed diffuser last?
The longevity of the diffuser is determined by numerous factors, including humidity, direct sunlight, open or closed doors and air conditioning.
How often should I flip the reeds?
The reed diffuser sticks can be flipped when you want an extra burst of fragrance or when you notice there is little scent. You can choose to flip them daily or weekly. Be careful not to drip any oil as it can react with surfaces. Be sure to clean any spillage or drips immediately and wash your hands after handling the sticks.
If you have no scent after turning your sticks, they may be clogged, and you will need to replace the sticks.
Safety recommendations for reed diffusers
Do not ingest oils. Do not light reeds. Be careful not to tip over the diffuser. Keep the diffuser on a stable surface. Clean any spills immediately. Keep out of reach from children and pets.
Are reed diffusers environmentally friendly?
Our reed diffusers are vegan, environmentally friendly, long-lasting, slow-releasing, and never tested on animals. Our diffuser base contains NO phthalates or parabens. We don't want that stuff in your home.
Can I reuse my reed diffuser reeds?
We do not recommend re-using reed diffuser sticks, especially when you switch to a new fragrance or if the reeds become clogged with dust.
